All bookings require a £50 deposit, and the remaining balance to be paid in cash on the night, unless otherwise arranged.

Terms and conditions

Somerset Entertainments will arrive 1 hour before start time unless otherwise agreed. Included Features • Delivery, set up and break down • Unlimited photo strips, for the duration of the contracted photo booth session • Count down on a touch screen in the booth • Use of our props such as glasses, boas and hats • Photos posted on our Facebook site • Guestbook or Memory book • USB of all photos on request Somerset Entertainments will take around 30-45 mins to pack down at the end of the contracted time. 1. ACCESS, SPACE & POWER FOR PHOTO BOOTH Client will arrange for access to the venue at least 60 minutes prior and 30 minutes after the contracted event time to allow for Photo Booth set-up, break down and loading. Client will arrange for an appropriate and reasonable space for the Photo Booth and access to the Photo Booth at event's venue. Photo Booth dimensions are approximately (3m long x 2m wide x 2m high). Client is responsible for ensuring a standard electrical power source is available within 10 feet of the Photo Booth. A table is necessary for the display of props and/or guestbook. 2. DATE CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least thirty days in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to Photo Booth availability and receipt of a new Service Contract. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the non-refundable reservation fee shall be forfeited and event cancelled. If the event is cancelled for any reason, the non-refundable reservation fee is forfeited. If the event is cancelled less than 30 days before the event the entire contracted rate is forfeited. 3. DAMAGE TO PROVIDER'S EQUIPMENT Client acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider's Equipment/Props caused by: a) Any misuse of the Provider's Equipment by Client or its guests, or b) Any theft of equipment/props. £50 deposit is used first, yet any damage to equipment that equals more than the deposit is the responsibility of client and should be paid to Somerset Entertainments within 14 days from the event. 4. INDEMNIFICATION Client agrees to, and understands the following: a) Client will indemnify provider against any and all liability related to Client's Event during or after Client's event. Client will indemnify Provider from the time of service and on into the future, against any liability associated with Client. b) Client will indemnify Provider against any and all liability associated with the use of pictures taken within the Photo Booth its representatives, employees or affiliates at Client's event. 5. PAYMENT A non-refundable reservation fee in the amount of £50 per booth is required to reserve any event date. The remaining balance is due at least 1 week prior to the event by bank transfer or on the night with the use of our card machine.
